I guess that’s why it’s a “power” company

It takes a lot of power to get away with this kind of crap.

Enbridge is set to charge its Ontario customers a new fee to help pay the costs of an out-of-court settlement. In 2004, the Supreme Court ruled against the gas company — for charging unfair fees.

The company agreed to pay $22 million in a settlement, but the OEB said Enbridge now has the right to reclaim that money, even if it’s from the same customers it overcharged.

Wow. Look up chutzpah in the dictionary.
