Useless headline
The Globe & Mail’s headline reads:
Victim’s kidnapping ordeal exacerbated by teasing and taunts
Now, I’ve read through the article twice, and the only teasing I could find was when the victim admitted to smoking pot and choking, and his captors gave him a good natured ribbing. The G&M makes it sound like Abu Graihb, where “teasing = torture”. Why is this the headline?
Chances are they will change the headline soon in the on-line version, and I’m too lazy to take a screen capture. You’ll have to trust me.

yup. wasted my time reading that too. at least it was one of the papers they give away to boost their ‘circulation’. lol…

Thoughts on Kosovo and the fair election in Pakistan?
Also, for that election, that’s a significant population of Muslims in a Muslim country that showed no preference for the religious parties. Just pointing that out because you’re always wondering what Muslims around the world are actively doing to save their global image. Quite a statement not to vote for the religious parties then, don’t you think?
