  1. Those I know about who are currently fighting defamation lawsuits by Warman and Kinsella in regards to comments made about Richard Warman:

    Connie and Mark Fournier (One current suit, 2 pending - one is from Warman and Kinsella together)
    Ezra Levant
    David Icke
    Paul Fromm (going to appeals court)
    Bill Grosvenor

    Bloggers who have been threatened by Warman/Kinsella for commenting on this issue (that I know about)

    Blazing Cat Fur
    Small Dead Animals
    Five Feet of Fury
    Jay Currie
    Mike Brock
    Mark Steyn

    The National Post also received a defamation notice from Richard Warman in December.

    I may have missed some, but that’s a start.
