Cool things afoot at Girl on the Right
Very Big Thingsâ„¢ are going to be coming to GOTR over the weekend. Now, in the People’s Republic of Canada, this is a long weekend. And weekends - especially long weekends - are naturally slow blogging times. There is virtually no traffic. Which means it will be my American readership who will see the Very Big Thingsâ„¢ before everyone else. The Canucks will all be getting over their hangovers.
But you, my Americans, my We the people, will be here with me on Monday, won’t you?
Yes, we will.
Why is it a long weekend in Canada? I guess I could go ask Ben, but he looks on the verge of falling asleep, so I’ll bug you instead.

Not all of us Canucks are off celebrating Queen Victoria’s birthday. (you’re welcome Tammy) I am sitting here with bated breath waiting for the HUGE changes to the RightGirl site.
