Since you asked
Ted Kennedy. A long-standing politician from a historical political family. He is the remaining brother of two murdered men who were his betters. He is the son of a bootlegger.
Like all families, the Kennedys have had their good, their great, and their unfortunate.
Edward Kennedy is also a murderer. Unlike Jack, and unlike Bobby. Ted caused a young woman to die. He cut short a life before it really began, and then used his family’s money and sway to cover his ass. He set a precedent for future Kennedys to shrug off the consequences of their actions. He truly is a product of Joe the Bootlegger.
Edward Kennedy is not a terrorist. He is not Osama bin Laden or Yassir Arafat. I will not dance at his demise. He is an American senator of long standing, and he deserves respect.
But before we all get whipped up in the frenzy of pre-mourning being perpetrated by the media, I suggest we do our utmost to put things in perspective. Has Ted Kennedy’s service to the nation been enough to wipe the stain of murder from his hands? And can we please spare a thought - as he goes into the great beyond - for the woman who long predeceased him. The woman who never had a chance to shine.

I won’t dance on his grave either, but I will dance when somebody, anybody takes over his (big) warm senate seat.

Hate to quibble but actively undermining the greatest nation on earth by implementing socialist policies isn’t a “service”. It’s subversion… I won’t dance on his grave but I will piss on it given the chance.

I’ve often wondered how this tragedy personaly effected Teddy…was he genuinely remorseful and scarred all his life by it or was it just another legal/political inconvenience to him…how does MJ’s family cope have they forgiven Teddy? …we won’t know because it’s rarely talked about…you can count on one hand the number of times a US MSM has revisited Chappaquiddick after Teddy’s judicial exoneration.

I posted about this and it was deemed “hateful” by the Kos kids, so to keep the server from crashing, I pulled it off.
Man, these SELF SERVING weenies (on our side) lavishing “thoughts and prayers” on an ENEMY of our Republic need to get some perspective!
Would anyone have “thoughts and prayers” for Osama Bin Laden’s diabetes?
Both men LIVE to destroy America. Both men have taken innocent life. Both men are bloated pus bags.
HELP ME see the difference.

Before anyone starts talking about “respect” for Ted Kennedy for his years of service to the US, you should take a close look at the type of legislation he sponsered and supported. This man appears to have spent his many years of service undermining America and doing his best to support America’s enemies. He’s been a fifth column all by himself.

“Edward Kennedy is also a murderer. Unlike Jack, and unlike Bobby.”
That’s debatable, both Jack and Bobbys name have been associated with the death of Marilyn Monroe.
None of them deserve respect.
