As an international reader, Canadian in China. I cannot read Coyne on //blogs.macleans.ca as it is censored, probably because of the word “blog”. However I am beginning to notice the similarities. Canada, China both begin and end with the same letters. Cons Coms not much difference and no word from Harper who is still sitting with finger up arse and brain in neutral.

I’m told China also filters out key words like free speech or democracy, oh wait now he will not be able to read this. err,
Why does the prophet have all those nipples?

Nipples?
Do you mean the fuses of the dynamite belt he is wearing?
Background:
This drawing was published in Adresseavisen a local Norwegian newspaper as a response of the suicide bombing against the Danish embassy in Afghanistan.
The artist claims that it does not show Mohammed but a suicide bomber wearing only a cape, turban, a bomb belt and a T-shirt claiming he is the prophet.
The artist also claims that when Jylands posten printed the original cartoons they was just testing the limits of free speech and that it was wrong to do so.
I wonder if the less educated part of the Middle East and our imported part of the population will see it his way. The (local) church have already been out judging this as unwise and requested that the editor should apologize, while the Muslim people is jumping up and down screaming racism…
Next out will probably be our cowardly foreign minister talking about acceptance, racism and how sorry he is for the printing.
