Steyn is in da house!
2:39 PM I’ve just noticed Steyn is here. Not sure how long he’s been sitting there. I suspect things are about to get interesting.

I have to admit, watching this all from the U.S. is fascinating in a slow-motion car wreck sort of way. I find it incredible that Canadians haven’t risen up en masse to protest against this gross abuse of our shared Anglosphere heritage of liberties.

Great to see the ol’ “hater” in the house…I note he had a deep guffaw at greasy sock’s suggestion he would relish an opportunity to “go at him” (presumably to cross examine Steyn on the stand as I don’t think he has either the stature or stomach for fisticuffs) when he had ample opportunity and invitations prior to this to debate Mark and chickened out.
I wonder if Mark will be a witness for Mclean/s tomorrow…seems you can pretty much do as you want in this Marsupial procedure….I mean this gave up all semblance of a trial the first day when it was apparent this is just a theatrical stage opportunity for sock xenophobia …may as well make it entertaining…throw Steyn in the mix….like tossing a pit bull over the fence of a cat farm.

Dear GOTR:
I wish I was there. The Steyner as per usual will apply his sharp surgical empiricism and highly honed ridicule skills, against seemingly humourless and non-self reflective enemies of freedom. Can satire draw blood, as they used to say? If ever a circus deserved to bleed, it would be the CHRC et al. God bless Mark Steyn, Ezra Levant and P.J O’Rourke!
