No matter how many times we encounter disengenuousness, we still fall for it. I guess it's the inherent Christian instinct to believe that everyone is as decent and well-intentioned as we are. 

If Islam was as decent and well intentioned as Christianity, every Muslim nation in the world wouldn't be an oppressive shit hole. 

He might want freedom for Islam. The optimal outcome, however, is freedom from Islam.</description>
