The battles have been getting more bold, with several shootings happening in crowded restaurants. You can understand why some restaurants are losing customers as a result, and demanding police help. The restaurants in the program have all volunteered, about 40 of them so far. It's been working well so far, as several arrests have been made for long-wanted criminals.
