This was an isolated incident...cracked psycho..like the cannibal in Manitoba... He said it was an isolated case, could happen anywhere, he felt very safe in China, etc. Then he made one last remark - didn't Canada just have a beheading? I thought, yes, and the homicidal maniac was a Chinese immigrant. Just an observation.
