How does one measure ‘fair’ when it comes to gay penguins?
I don’t know what to do with this story really. There is just too much wrong with it to begin taking it apart. It’s like that car you may as well sell as scrap metal cause you would have to rebuild it with entirely new parts.
Being gay seems to earn the right to actually steal children now. OK well eggs at least.
Protesters decided to actually march for the ‘rights’ of gay penguins to hatch eggs? It isn’t ‘fair’ to not let them be parents just cause nature ‘made them that way’? Meanwhile the European Umma of muslim clerics are deciding whether or not to obey western laws on whether or not to actually murder gay people as is commanded in Koran.
According to this story in the Daily Mail UK
“Last month the birds were segregated after they were caught placing stones at the feet of parents before waddling away with their eggs.
But angry visitors to Polar Land in Harbin, northern China, complained it wasn’t fair to stop the couple from becoming surrogate fathers and urged zoo bosses to give them a chance.”
I really can’t figure out what exactly fair means. To be honest I never have. Typically its a rhetorical device meaning you have to concede to what I want you to think do and behave. But in this case well, Gay penguins rewarded for tricking other penguins by placing rocks at their feet in order to steal their young by having humans steal the eggs for them and letting them hatch them instead of the actual mother of the egg. For the first time the irrational left seems to show an overt contempt for nature itself when it fails (as it always does) to be politically correct.
I would hope these protesters find it in themselves to protest the various Muslim organizations which actively seek the death penalty for homosexuals in Europe instead of hanging around in zoos stealing eggs for gay birds. I mean if it was for an omelet or something yeah go ahead.
‘We decided to give them two eggs from another couple whose hatching ability had been poor and they’ve turned out to be the best parents in the whole zoo,’ said one of the keepers.
Funny, you left that part out. Curious that. Guess it didn’t quite fit in with your narrative. Or whatever you call that.

In a sense you are correct. It was one of the things I left out as it didn’t fit with the narrative in one way but in another it did. How does one determine what ‘best parents ever’ is when we are talking about birds? Do we have so much hubris now that we imagine that we know more than tens of millions of years of evolution? I hope you didn’t think anything I said there was anti gay quite the contrary. I’m anti irrational left. The idea that imposing politically correct views on birds is absurd. And the main point was being concerned about stealing eggs for gay penguins should be issue #7,486,245 on the gay rights list after #1, Islam and the treatment of homosexual persons all over the world.

Well, I guess you could add the word ‘penguin’ to these verses..
From the Hadith:
There are several lesser hadith stating, “if a penguin comes upon a penguin, then they are both adulterers,” “If a hen comes upon a hen, they are both Adulteresses,” “When a penguin mounts another penguin, the throne of God shakes,” and “Kill the one that is doing it and also kill the one that it is being done to.”
Bukhari (72:774) - “The Prophet cursed effeminate penguins. (those penguins who are in the similitude (assume the manners of females) and those hens who assume the manners of penguins, and he said, ‘Turn them out of your houses .’ The Prophet turned out such-and-such penguin, and ‘Umar turned out such-and-such hen.”
Reliance of the Traveller, p17.2 - “May Allah curse him who does what Lot’s penguins did.” This is also repeated in three other places.

The penguins aren’t “gay”, because they aren’t engaged in any kind of sexual activity. If they had been, the story would have been breathlessly writing about it.

OK i have to revisit Red Tory’s comment. I really don’t think I explained myself well.
Imagine a colony of humans in an alien zoo. A couple repeatedly kidnaps the babies of some family and the zoo keepers decide in the interest of fairness a baby should be taken away from a fertile couple and given to the non fertile couple that keeps stealing other people’s babies and then decides by whatever alien standards that this kidnapping couple are the ‘best parents they have ever seen’. It doesnt matter a rats ass if the kidnappers are gay. It matters that a standard has been applied thats preposterous for justice and for that matter, good parenting. Nature generally makes sure that except in very rare circumstances with some reptiles, same sex creatures cannot reproduce. Are we so sure we know better than evolution or gods? either way.
