Oh Justin, sounds like you’re new to The Program. You’re seeing alcoholism where everyone else is just seeing a guy that partied too hard on inauguration day. Cooper most likely does not need a lovingly inscribed copy of the Big Book. If he does, so do several million other Americans who over-toasted the new Commander in Chief.
