Facts as in spurious correlations right Mike? I was debating a Muslim the other day that told me that the Qur’an had predicted 9/11. That the 9th sura, 11th verse talked about the destruction of a building. That was a fact too. What the hell is your point?

There are millions of people and millions of places and it is no coincidence that one can roam through history and find an interesting fact to fit an occasion, after all the odds fall heavy that way. You realize of course, that the hate mail was not about M Malkin …it was about Jasmine…it is personal plea from this neurotic woman for release from her personal demons. Subsequently all the reactionary commentary to it tells us a lot about the authors as well.
These are not political statements, they are Freudian associative slips that give insight to a maladjusted personality (paranoid schizophrenia)…politics is an outlet for many repressed neurotics as inner rage and fear can be vented without the unseemly social stigma demanded of civility.
