Up in the Great White North (aka Canada), you have lots of open space in those places that used to be called the NW Territories and the Yukon. Send those mutants, morons and imbeciles (MMIs) up there and let them figure out whats what. Maybe you up there would not mind taking a couple hundred of our honored Gitmo guests and letting them join your home grown MMIs.
