They’re just not that into you!
Laura Rosen-Cohen has an editorial in today’s National Post about the strange, masochistic need for the Jews to be liked by people who want to murder them.
It has been said that a definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Certainly, there can be no better explanation for Jews, and particularly liberal Jews to keep trying new ways of currying favour in the eyes of the Islamic world.
Heh. Currying. I wonder if that was intentional?
Dear fellow Jews, what is so hard to understand about “we hate your guts, and will continue to kill and maim you”?

I’m Jewish and it has amazed me for many many years how a majority of Jews don’t see what you & I see so clearly.
Especially with GWB, who was so good on Israeli vs. PLO/Hamas. Of course, I remember reading how many Germain Jews felt German first, and Jewish second. How’d that work out?
I think most of them just cannot grasp the fact that people can actually hate to such a degree that they want to kill you. i.e. perhaps Daniel Pearl.

Why should Jews turn towards hate? Being raised with proper morals and values is nothing to be shamed of. They are not naive, you can still wish for peace and watch your back at the same time.

Why does no one ever point out that if you’re doing the same thing over and over (and over and over) again, it doesn’t matter what kind of result you’re expecting, there’s still a good chance that you have a few problems?
Oh, wait, I just did.
