What species (HP, Dell, Apple{ugh}) is your laptop? Which OS (WXP, Vista{ugh}, Linux) is installed? Do you require the services of a hardware wizard or a software soothsayer? Here is a simple home remedy---arrange several candles on the keyboard and light them. Now find something else to do like iron your gentleman's shirts, wash a neighbor's car, or mow their lawn while the candles burn out. If your computer still does not work after this ritual you may need to replace it. Light up a nice cigar, pour some of your finest 'wine in a box' and relax on the floor with Bug! Pets like it when you visit them on their turf, or carpet.
